What uses credits?
Only videos you approve: 2 credits each. Scene previews, rejected scenes, failed or blocked generations and caption edits are free.
Is AI video allowed on TikTok Shop?
AI footage is allowed when it's labeled: turn on TikTok's "AI-generated content" setting when you post, and ShopCut reminds you every time. TikTok Shop's rules ban AI voices in LIVEs; for videos, the AI voiceover is allowed as long as the video is labeled as AI-generated. Rules change, so check TikTok Shop Academy for the latest.
Do unused credits expire?
They roll over while you're subscribed, up to two months' worth. Top-up credits never expire.
How is the footage made?
Your product photo is placed into the template's scene and filmed as a short handheld phone clip, with the script on screen. An optional AI voiceover reads the same lines word for word, or leave it silent and add a trending sound in TikTok. Products with simple labels come out best.
Will TikTok flag these videos?
AI footage must carry TikTok's AI-generated content label. ShopCut reminds you on every AI video. TikTok's AI-voice ban covers LIVEs, not videos; the label covers the voiceover too.
What format are the videos?
Vertical 9:16 MP4 with the script burned in and the voiceover if you picked one. Ready to upload from your phone or Seller Center.
